Fantastic training, it is no easy task keeping busy people engaged and on task for a full day of training but you made it look effortless!

Paul was a brilliant trainer and gave everyone the time and space to have an input into the session. He very clearly articulated the aims and objectives of the session and made me feel at ease with his delivery style. He came across as very personable and friendly while still remaining professional and to the point. He adapted slightly the content of the course to better tailor it towards the needs of the group, given he had received very little regarding this from the FCA.

Overall I really enjoyed the training session today. It was informative and helped me to think about areas of development not only for myself but within the organisation I work in.

Feel like this training should be offered early in your career with the NHS so that you have the knowledge to record information correctly from the outset. This far exceeds any training I have received since joining the trust about the legal process and why it is so important to record information in a clear, intelligible and accurate way.

Overall a quality course which imparted useful information which I had not been aware of. I would highly recommend.
