Very good and informative

My role is based at an office at Heathrow so I rarely go out into the field. But this course has prepared me for if I am ever to be asked to enter the field - before this course I didn't have much understanding of what I could come across, but this course has helped me understand and increase my awareness for others in the field.

Although the course treats a delicate and dense topic, Castor has incredibly well-explained every aspect of the process without even lost a bit of optimism and a notch of sense of humor. It becomes evident that he is very knowledgeable and have plenty of expertise in the field, being able to explain the different phases of the process with veridic and interesting examples from his own experience. He has been really patient when it comes to the low amount of queries raised by us at some times , not giving up on check in on us on every slide he explained. I have already enjoined his presentation and his natural skills to make it simple and interactive.

Thank you for putting together a really nice learning experience. I found all the information very useful and I will be taking the additional things that I learned back into practice, as well as putting an in-house training session together for our unqualified staff.
