The materials were excellent, the examples given highly relevant and the preparation and delivery of the cross examination was thorough but did just the right amount of prompting for further work and development but building confidence to continue.

Great trainer with lots of knowledge and good examples used. The only improvement would be catering it more to my role, but I appreciate this is difficult for mixed groups.

The course varied in its content and delivery as I understood it changed from originally what it might have been, so great job getting it done. Even if we take away a few or several points, I believe we can more effectively communicate and understand other people.
