Enjoyable and informative training. I find online teams training sometimes can be disengaging but this wasn't although a couple of times I was kicked out or had tech issues due to the breakout rooms. But it didn't seriously get in the way of my learning.

Excellent 2 days. Some refresher and some new information. Incredibly experienced trainer. Nice mix of presentation and break out sessions for conversation. Enabled reflective thoughts throughout the 2 days

I would like to have included more on the child protection parts of the children's act which are more relevant to my work. Too much time was spent on the procedural rules and practice directions, which can be looked up as necessary. AI is already able to find the appropriate procedural rules from a direct question, making this area irrelevant.
