Really enjoyed the session. Karen is a fantastic facilitator, really making it fun, engaging and relevant. I enjoyed the way she incorporated her own experiences into the material and delivery. Fascinating to listen to!
A brilliant course! So informative, interactive and interesting. I started with no knowledge at all and have ended the session feeling empowered to understand the process, the purpose for it and what to expect when attending. Neil was just amazing, he made the training so relaxed, fun and open to discussion- his enthusiasm and knowledge shines through. I have already recommended to colleagues and would love to attend further training with Neil. It's been the best course I am been on in a long time- I also liked the additional reading material and manual which I can use in the future. Thanks so much.
