Kelly delivered the course in a really interesting way by referring to her vast knowledge and experience of the subject, very helpful on any queries and took time to explain. Really enjoyable course, with the learnings being invaluable within my current role.

Really useful course allowing me to learn the best way to complete statements for investigations. The section on report writing wasn't really relevant to me as I do not do this in my role day to day but Kelly focussed more on the statement writing part of the course which has provided more useful information.

I recognise there is a large content to this course to cover in one day. I think Kelly did an excellent job to keep us interested, engaged and learning new ideas, structures and processes. I enjoyed the day, have the course material to go through again. I particularly liked the fact that we had to do a statement/ report all together during the day. I would say to include more. As I feel we learn so much on a course and if we do the report like today, we become more confident when we have to do it when we return to our workplaces.

Great session- lots of helpful tips in report writing with some real case scenarios analogy. Challenging on a virtual platform but Nick was excellent in getting my attention all the time. Audience comprised varied specialties, so tricky to get expert reports to suit everyone but Nick was able to capture relevant details to suit the audience. Overall, a day well spent!

The course has given me clear, practical skills in report writing, courtroom evidence, and understanding my duty to the court. I feel confident applying these directly to my expert witness practice.
