Overall, the course was excellent. It delivered quality content and taught practical techniques in an interesting a practical manner. The course leader was engaging and charismatic throughout the training course; they made me feel part of the group discussions and to feel included in the different course sessions. The day was well paced and did not feel too long or too short.

Amazing day, Rhoda knows how to keep you engaged and how to hold a room. She is extremely knowledgable and explained the court process in language I was able to understand.

I emailed Meena this morning at the start of training as she asked everyone to have their cameras on for today's training. I explained have ADHD and I will put my camera on for certain parts of the training but for it to remain on the whole day is not something I am comfortable with. As someone who is unable to sit still for a long period, and needs to take regular 'walk around the room breaks' or play with fidget toys to remain focused, I am aware this does bring attention from others during during virtual training. In previous training (not from Bond Solon) the trainer has called me out on this in front of colleagues for this behaviour which left me feeling extremely embarrassed and more aware that people were watching me on the webcam, this heightened my anxiety around having my webcam on during training. Due to this, I was unable to concentrate on the content of that course due to being more focused on I was presenting to others on the training. When I informed Meena that I have ADHD and do not feel comfortable with having my camera on all day, she did not ask for any further explanation and accepted this reasonable adjustment. Due to not having this anxiety I felt I was able to relax today and fully engage with the training content. I found today's training extremely helpful and enjoyable. I am looking forward to being able to apply this training in court.
