Would be good to get some basic information before starting the CUBS course for those who are complete beginners as I had no idea what CPR and PD was before starting. CPR means something else in my world!!. I would also recommend candidates do read the manual as this would have been helpful, I read some of it but not all of it pre-course.

An excellent first day. Complaints training has the potential to be 'dry' but Pat is such a skilled and experienced trainer that he made this a fascinating and enjoyable day. His experience and knowledge is superb, as are his interpersonal skills. Looking forward to Days 2 & 3.

Simon was amazing and made it incredibly engaging. There was lots of time for questions, he gave some of his own personal experience to clarify points, and the group were also helpful and engaging too. The case study was incredibly helpful to solidify the learning and prompt discussion.
