The content of this module is relevant to our daily jobs. The opportunity to practise interviewing techniques is invaluable. The team enjoyed themselves while learning something new.

It is a very informative course. I like that we had the practical aspect of it as well. it will make apply the acquired knowledge more easier.

It was very heavy going, needed some prep work prior to the training in order to fully follow the training and understanding it better. Needed to be more interactive activities. More visual learning opportunities to fit learning style.
