Excellent training course delivered by professional, engaging, very friendly and approachable trainers. One of the best courses I've been on, if not the best. Many thanks for making a potentially boring topic very interesting .

My overall comment on this module was that it was enjoyable and beneficial because interviewing is a way of getting to the facts of an accident, and by combining all the witness statements through good planning, you can get a factual picture of underlying issues and root causes.

The training was delivered in a fantastic way by a man who was extremely knowledgeable about the subject, and legislation involved, how and where to find it and apply it. The course was extremely enjoyable and instruction was given on how to complete the essays, including examples. The trainer developed a good rapport very quickly, with all the students. The materials provided were excellent and the trainer understood how overwhelming the information could be. I cannot think of any improvements that need to be made (except the technical difficulties involved with using Teams).

Great course. Really interesting content. I benefitted a lot from the more practical focus to develop negotiation skills, putting theory into practice rather than being in reading and listening mode the whole time.

The instructor was very good at relating the training to the professionals in the room. He was approachable and easy to speak to creating a comfortable atmosphere which got everyone involved on the conversation The course was originally 9:30-5 but we finished just after 3 which was good as it covered everything while holding people's interests. I don't think the course needs to run until 5 in future

Really good session that was engaging and enjoyable. The solicitor was very interesting and knowledgeable, keeping me intrigued and improving my knowledge.
