Training was overall insightful and relevant however due to its intensity i do feel more interaction would have helped with learning, such as more activities, break out rooms etc, as opposed to just being talked at. However i do understand the content needs to be shared. The power point task was good too however felt under pressure to complete something in a short space of time, and then be criticised for not having in there what was needed what was wrong. Overall a good course and helped with increasing understanding re: BIA.

I found the course useful and appreciated the opportunity to attend. However, I had expected a greater emphasis on practical report writing and a more detailed exploration of report templates and structure. I felt that additional time dedicated to understanding how to improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of report writing would have been particularly valuable. More worked examples and detailed discussion around the report-writing process would further enhance the course and make it even more beneficial for participants.”

Really well delivered, easy to follow. Entertaining and enjoyable. Good course materials. Access to the hub easy but a few technical issues but on the whole really easy to follow and access.

Hopefully a notes proforma will be developed within our trust to standardised the record keeping.
