Like all things I would have liked more time 1-to-1 exploring my topics of interest / not unexpected as this was a wide course with many members from different settings

The breakouts were really engaging

Really engaging and provides an opportunity to reflect on own practices and refresh approaches.

The small group sessions were too long really - we all ran out of steam. the trainer was excellent, and had so much to offer. Patrick was great.

Overall learnt things to apply to my work and assignments understood the layout and role I play and how to structure reports and how they should be written with a checklist.

I thought the trainer was outstanding. Knew his field and more importantly was able to deliver what he knew with a genuine passion for the subject. His answers to questions were clear, there was no ambiguity. The trainer has helped me as a trainee collision investigator become more confident about what lies ahead as an expert witness in court. Although I haven't yet written a formal report myself I now feel more confident when this day arises.

Intensive 2 day course, useful refresher and increase of learning court room skills, tactics used and how to deal with them. What could easily be a heavy and dry subject, lifted and injected with life by the passion, good humour and experience of the trainer.
