It was a condensed course and therefore the information was extensive over a relatively short period. However, it was well presented and provided a lot of valuable information which will assist me in my duties on the case I am currently Deputy DO on.

The course was very enjoyable! The pre course learning was a bit tough to fit in with normal workload.

Rhoda was very engaging and clearly very knowledgeable. The course was condensed but she was still able to allow for interruptions for attendee questions. This helped our understanding. A greater awareness of the risks to our HMRC cases such as civil case material. It supported and added to previous disclosure learning. Course material was good. The pre course learning was detailed. It was good to have syndicates to find material and discuss it as just listening to PP is boring.

Great course, should be rolled out to all HMRC DO's post level 3 completion.

The training has helped increase my confidence in my role as a DO. I feel more equipped to perform my duties in this role.

Really good course, the pre read was a bit overwhelming and I think the Digital Strategy should be included in that. Rhoda was extremely knowledgeable and engaging.
