The trainer was very kind and approachable. Overall the training was fair however, much of the content didn't get covered. The trainer made lots of time for open discussion however, this was at detriment to the course content. At times I felt the trainer could be more concise in their responses. The trainer could have been stricter at moving us on. Sometimes when asking questions, I felt the trainer interrupted before we had time to ask the question in full. Much of the content covered was a refresher of knowledge I already I had.

Great course which I’d highly recommend to my colleagues. Built my confidence substantially with the prospect of going to court. Really engaging friendly trainer who made the content digestible and relatable.
