I’m sorry to sound harsh but I have to say this course was disappointing to say the least. I have left with absolutely no new knowledge whatsoever. The course was not tailored to our field, the trainer did not understand our role, required documentation or the systems and having not even come from medical negligence. The activities were long winded, poorly explained and irrelevant.

Overall good course to give a fresh perspective on conflict management.

Excellent use of my time and certainly worth a day out of the office. I hope to apply the concepts in the coming months as I negotiate the scope of support I can provide the business with reduced resource.

Dr Bannerman's easy style was engaging throughout. The content was pitched at a level where I will be able to remember and use the elements that I most wat to. And I learned LOADS.

Excellent trainer with excellent knowledge of the subject. Well illustrated topics with good examples. Great case subjects worked in smaller groups and then shared and discussed all the participants supervised by trainer. I've really enjoyed the course and learnt a good deal. Thank you Richard.

Judy is clearly an expert in the law and in the role and obligations of an expert witness. She taught with confidence, care and clarity to a diverse group of professionals. The course was challenging and gave me a clear understanding of what to expect, particularly during cross-examination, which was practised. I finished the course knowing exactly where I am in my journey as an expert and what I need to do next. An excellent course.
