The course content overall was good. It was delivered at a pace that would suit the newer members of staff in the group whilst providing refresh training for those of us with a little more familiarity with the topics.

Really great course, trainer was excellent. Not having the presentation and slides makes it difficult - not sure why we cant have these - easier for future reference than my notes. Trainer was great and very informative. Manuals are good. Would have preferred more learning direct from trainer, less group work and in class far better than teams - too many distractions!
