I enjoyed the course which went surprisingly quickly for an all day course on line. The practical case study exercises were directly relevant to my role and the feedback from the trainer was extremely helpful.

Courses like this are always preferable in person however Nick did an excellent job of keeping the group engaged despite the challenges of the online format. Very informative and will definitely improve my practice.

Geraint is an interesting person which made it easy to pay attention. There was a slight lack in structure with no PP etc. However, this is not neccessarily a negative point as most training is now deemed as 'death by PP' .Geraint was able to create a relaxed environment with audience participation, which made it helpful to retain the information. A summary at the end of training would have been great with reflection on the questions that were asked but I'm aware that time was not on our side due to starting the training late, which was no fault of Geraints. I look forward to the next session and hope that the training is offered to the wider workforce is due course.

Really enjoyable course. Interesting and informative - made me think differently when it comes to deling with conflict.

Some of the more complex topics could have been better explained

Have not yet received Course materials or slides of presentations so have responded in anticipation. I encountered difficulties on 3 occasions because of IT and Connectivity issues. Jess was most helpful but the problems continued ( not her fault). The speakers had info us that BS had major difficulties that morning with respect to IT issues? This is just not good enough for a training program by an experienced organisation and I’d like to know what is being done to address the problems both by BS and for individuals like me?

The course was good. But It would probably have been better that we were advised about the Manual in advance. It was a lot of back and forth with the assessment sheets etc. I might have preferred to print out those along with case examples ahead of the course, if warned.

Better IT support in chat would have made the course run a little smoother, we couldn't share files between delegates, only with the course convenor. I think better preparation and a bit more time to write a report would have been helpful
