Very good session – merci, James 😊 I’ve recently returned from maternity leave, so the focus on building confidence in negotiating was particularly helpful. I really valued the emphasis on language and word choice (e.g. but vs and, understand vs appreciate). The negotiating framework (ideal, realistic, fallback) was clear and practical, and I can see this being applied effectively in both work and personal life.

Liked they training style, mix of slides, use of chat, breakouts. Really good mix. James was really knowledgeable and experienced and i got a lot from the session. thank you
