Trainer was very interesting and kept you involved/entertained. Very approachable and knowledgeable.

jim is really engaging and dedicated to his teaching. However, the room we have been in for two days has made it less enjoyable. It smells terrible - like sewage - and has no windows. It's a real shame as Jim's training approach is flawless.

Training was really useful and informative and delivery was really engaging - looking forward to implementing what I've learned into my role.

I found Mr Sullivan to be well versed in his role as a trainer and he was able to use his professional expertise to make the training relational in every way. Quite interactive and engaging too.

Day 2 of training and Kelly was brilliant in her delivery. The course was very interactive with everyone willing to take part especially with the cross examination role play.
