I was unsure if I would get anything out of the course for my role, as an administrator, but I have come away wanting to learn more, thought it was really interesting and feel like I can talk with a little more knowledge to the team and also understand more about how you should think about your answers when being questioned. Very good course. I liked the way the core principles were explored first before delving into the Fluctuating capacity case law. If anything, the case law felt a bit rushed and there may have been benefit on having these cases unfold throughout the day rather than at the end.

Jim is a fantastic instructor, this is my second course with him. Everything he has taught in the lessons, i have implemented in my current role, as an investigator these courses are essential for compliance.

It was a really good course that has a lot of relevancy to my role. I began without any knowledge regarding enforcement, but feel as though i now have an understanding. the course instructor was brilliant.

Slight IT issues

Kerry Scott-Patel was our trainer today and she was lovely. Very warm and open. very inclusive. Gave ample opportunity for discussion and explained things in a manner that everyone, of all experience levels, could comprehend. Was a great course, thank you so much

The content was easily understandable, relevant and gave us lots of information and tools to take away to use in in our day jobs. The mix of delivery methods kept interest.
