Very good trainer with personal experience and gave a good overview of expectations and conduct if ever called to an inquest.

I thoroughly enjoyed this training. Very engaging and informative. Francesca is an excellent facilitator and knowledgeable on the topic which has provided me with a lot of new information and challenged my thinking on the topic.

The course enabled me to increase my skills around identifying and acting upon concerns around fabricated/induced illness and the response. The group work and discussions linked to the case studies were very useful. The course was interactive. The role of finding of fact was helpful.

Engaging day that has been broken up in a way that is easy to digest. I enjoyed the various theories presented i.e. effective stakeholder management, ways to influence and the discussions that gave practical ways to implement them.

It was a great session. It flowed well and Neil kept us engaged. The breakout rooms worked really well, and it was really helpful that we kept changing groups meaning one person wasn't overpowering a group. I felt everyone was able to interact and everyone spoke during the session. It was good to hear a different perspective on complaints.
