It was great to see the passion that the trainer had for the subject and also the way that our LA works- often the training can be quite generic but this was easy to relate to our work as she knew about the processes here. It would have been great to have seen some more case studies that were successful and maybe some video/audio to break up the training

The course was very professionally delivered and engaging. The content and topic were more related to detective work which might not align to most of the candidates' work but the trainee did ask us to think of scenarios using our own work and the company we work for so that was helpful.
