The pre-course information was good, during the training we led the case studies we wished to explore from our worklife - which the trainer offered and was very supportive. We did cover case examples of legal conditions we hadn't raised.

Good refresher training.

It would have been helpful to receive the materials prior to the course starting and not have to wait to after. It would have been useful to make notes on what Frank was speaking about as it relates to the materials to reference later on.

I think the course is suited to a more workshop style rather than straight delivery . The trainer had a lot of ground to cover in a limited time.

Hard topic to stay engaged in as can get quite legislative heavy. Trainer wasn't as engaging as the trainer on my other course, but that could just be as the topic isn't as much to my interest.

Interesting and informing day

Really useful. A little dry, but that's the nature of the topic. Helpful links to practice throughout.
