Pat was fabulous. He was completely engaging and relatable. He referenced practical application of new skills into dat to day work. He was beyond knowledgeable and I would like to have the opportunity to attend more courses that he delivers.

I had a lot of refresher experiences but also new stuff as the systems and tools have evolved so much since my last course.
