I was unsure if I would get anything out of the course for my role, as an administrator, but I have come away wanting to learn more, thought it was really interesting and feel like I can talk with a little more knowledge to the team and also understand more about how you should think about your answers when being questioned. Really good course, engaging trainer, relevant examples, relevant to current social issues. Applied to clinical practice.
Quite fast paced and a lot to take in, but very useful and great trainer.
