I was sceptical at first with the level of content. However, as the training unfolded, saw how I could use aspects of the training in my current role away from official interviewing.

Tim adapted the course to the way it would work within our roles on the CBT Team and very informative with information specific to our role.

Very good course for only two days, but this needs follow up work for our team, including pocket books. Need to gain a qualification to establish competence but further practice work required.

Very happy with course and way it was put across

The trainer was very good at delivering training i have come away knowing a lot more than i expected , the way he explained things made it very understandable as i have dyslexia sometimes take me longer to process information. also getting us to do the activities was very helpful as we can see how we should be documenting evidence

In person was excellent and learned a lot to take forward. Teams could be more difficult and perhaps benefit from shorter days and focusing on more vital aspects if working with less time if shortened.

This was incredible training. There was a mix of activities and they were all meaningful. The trainers experience, skills and knowledge was evident throughout and yet they made it relatable and achievable.

Good to have someone who understands the feelings of being cross examined and also has the knowledge to improve how to cope with the pressures of questioning
