Very enjoyable, extremely knowledgeable trainer who is clearly passionate about the subject

The four days training was very intense and covers a lot of information. I did find it difficult with this being virtual for personal reasons but I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Sue was amazing and it is evident that she knows her stuff and is able to relay the information in a way that is easy to understand despite the complexity of the BIA role.

very useful as this was my first introduction to RIPA

really enjoyed the couple of days, Tim knew the subject and was able to link the topic to our job roles
