Very informative and detailed course which is really relevant to my role as a nurse

Course should have been taught earlier as its very crucial to nursing record keeping

EXCELLENT TRAINING COURSE. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE PROGRAMME FOR THE DAY AND THE MODE OF CROSS EXAMINATION ASSESSMENT WAS CIRCULATED PRIOR TO THE DAY. I FELT THAT I HAD PREPARED MYSELF FORTHE DAY - BUT WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS ANXIOUS IF I HAD KNOWN EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT

Incredibly informative and clearly experienced expert solicitor and tutor. Great range of anecdotes, humor, case law, exercises, discussion, and materials. Particularly covers a lack of confidence in how the local authority health and safeguarding systems work.

Really good session, the trainer was knowledgeable and able to provide supplementary information to support the session which was useful.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the training. It has helped me think and consider all potential questions that I could get asked and to remember that i am not advocating for the child in this role but working to inform the judge.

Richard Stone was a great tutor. Engaging, interesting, friendly and easy to listen to. He ran the session well with appropriate breaks. He regularly checked understanding and welcomed questions. The session content was extremely useful and the practice cross examination was a great component to the course. I feel a lot more educated on the court/expert witness experience and less hesitant about the possibility of this in future.
