This was really good training and very relevant to my current role.

Very interesting. The teacher made a dry subject interesting and will be useful in my role.

The course content and knowledge of the trainer was very good but it was hard going with all of the power point slides and sometimes conversations veered away from the content entirely.

I found the course really interesting and informative, this was down to the trainers knowledge of the subject. However, due to my role my initial understanding was very low and there is limited opportunity to apply this within my current practice.

The course covered a lot of useful information and had a variety of different learning strategies. I enjoyed the face to face day the most and think it was be beneficial to see how different baristas and solicitors conduct a court hearing.

I booked onto this course as I have worked in safeguarding for several years and needed training focused on safeguarding leadership, having recently taken on the Named Nurse role. However, the course was very basic and did not offer any leadership ideas or strategies. Instead, it largely covered safeguarding legislation, which I am already very familiar with. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and this is not a reflection on her performance.
