I enjoyed the course. The pase was good, the content and delivery allowed to reflect on my work which was particularly useful. Insights shares by Paul were spot on and helful.

Really great course.

Really great course with practical examples/case studies so you can take them away and apply them with what you do. Lots of questions asked to make you really think about why you are doing something which is a good remindner and tool to take forward.

Excellent course and well delivered by a very knowledgeable trainer.

It was a really good and insightful session; my only criticism would be that some of the discussion questions presented were slightly ambiguous and time was spent deciding what the questions were asking for rather than the subject itself in some instances.
