Great refresher not only of the process but of the relevant legal sections and how they are worded
The course was extremely useful given the recent changes. Sue the trainer was extremely knowledgeable about the subject
Extremely interesting and useful training course regarding theory and using theory in practice, across Adult & Children. Helpful discussion within the group & in breakout rooms.
it was very good, didnt feel judged for not knowing how to write in a good form. then learnt how to use my knowledge from uni in my writing.
I have learned a lot about the court procedure and feel way more confident in giving evidence as a witness.
Great informative course, Phil was a book of knowledge also caring
Paul was very knowledgeable. He was empathetic as well and explained the course really well. He put us in break out rooms so that we will practice more. Catherine was also great and contributed positively. Thank you Paul and Catherine
I have a better understanding of coaching, and how this differs from supervising supervision. I have been able to reflect on my practice and how I can make positive changes.
Really good course Well paced, breakout rooms were used well to keep conversation flowing but not spend too long being talked at, small groups were more comfortable than bigger ones and the topics were specific to help focus conversation
