Excellent course, thank you.

I really enjoyed the session and found it extremely helpful. Rita was highly knowledgeable and explained the subject very clearly. I would be interested in joining a follow‑up session to explore some of these topics in more depth, as well as to cover areas we didn’t have time for today, (such as discrimination, for example) and to gain a better understanding of how the tribunal process works in Portugal.

I honestly did not know what to expect from the course. However, I was really pleased with the content shared, the presentation, the discussion and with John's engagement and use of regular breaks.

I had previously attended a similar course in England some 18 years ago and was left feeling very concerned about possible court appearances - I found the barrister leading the course to be somewhat threatening, sneaky and mean in his questioning. With many subsequent added years of my own professional maturity and experience, and with far better presentation of this course today I was left feeling that now with a better understaning of the processes, and some more practice in the future, the process will be substantially less threatening than earlier. I found my role-playing practice session, as well as listening to others, has been very valuable.
