Geraint was an engaging speaker and gave good overview of the court experience in the morning as well as advice. He was thorough in the role play scenario and made it feel as real as possible
The course was very interactive and enabled me to engage with the subject in order to have a better understanding. In addition, the trainer’s knowledge was very vast and was able to answer my questions in a very easy and professional manner.

The knowledge of Francesca was phenomenal, she was able to provide a good insight but also use real examples applicable to our work. Preparation for court, supporting staff and self through this process has been insightful and will be paramount in ensuring the process is a successful as it needs to be.
