Great session thank you

Well organised and a great presenter.

I really enjoyed the session and James was an excellent trainer. I thought it would be a little dry and boring but it was anything but. Made me think about how I approach negotiations and also how to help colleagues in the future with their skills. I would be interested to see how much more depth the 2 day course would cover.

A really interesting and engaging session, was thinking of how to stay alert and engaged for 5 hours plus, thought I'll get bored after an hour but all the role play and examples kept the training alive and interesting. The course not only expanded on what I already know, it opened my eyes to see other available negotiation options rather than the usual.

I thought the session was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed listening to the trainer who had a lot of pearls of wisdom.

Great course once again. This is so relevant to be effective in our challenging roles. I will read over my notes and make the relevant adjustments in my approach to dealing and managing conflict and align my breathing and emotion too. Thanks so much Paul.
