The training materials were supplied to me electronically, I would have preferred to have paper copies for ease of reference.

Great , informative, helpful, tailored to your needs. I would recommend to advise to read the submitted reports before the course so that you could have the chance to critique all of the reports rather than only the report assigned to your group.

I am a temporary manager (1yr) and feel that you have little support when dealing with issues eg change. This has given me more confidence to talk to my team directly and involve them more when it come to change.
