Ren has done an amazing job at delivering the training session. The role playing exercise is was an excellent way to put what we have learnt in the first part of the course into action. Eye opening experience and will defiantly help me in my day to day job.

I knew a lot of the areas that we covered but it was great to get confirmation that what I am doing is correct and understand in more detail, other areas that I don't deal with as often.
