Very interesting and insightful course which will help me add considerable value to my role

This is was extremely interesting. As an ex-police officer I was already very familiar with a lot of the content but the trainer still managed present the information in a very interesting way and managed to make it relevant to my new. My colleagues who were not as familiar with the subject matter found it incredibly useful.

Liane was an amazing trainer providing quality feedback. It has allowed me to understand what areas I need to improve on when presenting evidence in court.

Good training, getting a breakdown of challenging interactions and a list of unhelpful phrases was useful.

Tony was very good in engaging the audience but it was a difficult and dry subject overall, so it was hard going.

The course was fast paced, l think it would be good if it can be set for approximately 2 weeks, for better understanding of the course.
