Really beneficial training which I will carry forward

Really interesting as this is something that is so important in my role. We do this all day every day and this was a great refresher to reiterate and use the knowledge i had whilst giving me reassurance that the knowledge i will share in my teachings following this will be useful

Good refresher, enjoyable subject matter

Really enjoyed the course, the trainer was very knowledgeable and kept me engaged throughout the day. The case studies were relevant and useful.

Good comprehensive course that went over legislation and procedures relevant to my role. Trainer was engaging and great at explaining and made the content digestible.

bit more clarity on the pictures for printing as hard copy if required

I found the talk about notebooks very informative in demonstrating that writing in the notebooks is to protect us. Normally the notebooks as a topic can be a bit dry but Ren brought some great advice and enthusiasm making the topic informative and engaging.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of breaks given, for us to have a breather and get ready for the next lot of information.

Tim is a great trainer. I love his real life experiences as a way to see how interview techniques have shaped or mishaped past interviews.
