This course was a big eye opener and has made me more aware of how many people are struggling in the world and to be as empathetic as possible to all of our customers. Helen was superb and gave excellent advice on how to communicate with vulnerable customers- have taken lots of notes and tips that I will use going forward

Helen delivered excellent training, she was open, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. She created a safe environment for the group to be open. Helen has provided great tools that we can put into practice.

I've worked in customer services for 25+ years. It's not often that you learn something new from a CS skills course, but I felt I did with Helen's course. Particularly like the distraction equipment on hand.

I liked the way the course itself was not pushy, instead it invited you to engage/comment yourself and share information amongst the participants. Because of this you will feel more confident when talking to a customer.

I enjoyed the course and found the information very useful; I definitely feel more confident in knowing how to handle more challenging phone calls. I liked being able to discuss things as a group and was very happy that there was no role play as I do not enjoy having to do this, and it made me feel less anxious.
