Fantastic, informative course led by a calm empathetic patient tutor with a huge wealth of knowledge, I will be recommending Bethan to people in my line of work who want to do the course. Brilliant. Thank you.

Fantastic course. Having already got a back ground in mental health awareness. I fund this course was very engaging and informative, and I will be taking away new information and guidelines I didn't know about before.

My only suggestion for improving the course would be to start with a simple check in for everyone, and perhaps a breathing / mindfulness exercise to help centre people before the start of the course. I would allow people to enter the course more focused and prepared.
