Excellent course! Excellent trainer Cheryl is absolutely wonderful and it’s been a privilege to be taught by her.

Donna delivered the session very well and I would recommend everybody in any environment do the course.

Excellent course delivered expertly by Donna. Definitely opened my eyes more in being able to listen and help others with mental health concerns.

Really informative and feel much better prepared to confront someone who may be struggling and may just want someone else to talk too

Nick was great, the training was really good , however I do feel the statistics where way out of date and need to be updated especially given post covid etc, Nick was great in the training, made it all relatable etc , thanks

Overall a very informative course which I found very interesting.

Good,well paced couple of sessions which gave plenty of opportunity for discussion and reflection. Thank you both
