Amazing course and i would advise strongly for everyone to attend to gain insight and training on such a difficult subject
excellent course , well worth doing ,Paul made it enjoyable and I learnt so much from this course
Tristan was a fantastic tutor. He was patience and engaged with us all and listened to all our feed back/ answers. I would recommend this course in work for other colleagues to complete. Very informative. Thanks again
The tutor Tristan Dunlop was very engaging and conveyed very complex issues in a very easy to understand manner.
Tristan delivered the course in a friendly professional way. He was welcoming, informative and covered everything I could think of and more. He took time to check everyone was understanding. He asked if there was anything anyone needed. He explained how the course would be delivered and made questions and requests welcome. What a fabulous teacher. Many thanks Tristan. If I need to use the knowledge gained, I feel confident to do so now. Best of luck for your future.
A fantastic refresher course. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
The pre-course instructions were late coming. we were told they would arrive 2 weeks before. The time I had allocated to do this past and went before anything came through. When it did. It was not clear exactly what I should be clicking on as pre-course material. So I had not actually completed it all. It was hard to find and very frustrating. However. Bobbie Allen pulled it back for you. She was very good.
