It was a brilliant experience. I definitely feel much more confident in MHFA. Also really important to remember that in some instances we must put ourselves first. Instructor was so kind and professional, but very easy to talk to and made the course entertaining.

Engaging and enjoyable, good tasks to go along with the power point. Very relatable to my current job role and will help me further support the young people I work with.
