I really enjoyed the training. The course was fully engaging, and the content was excellent. The topic were explained thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. The delivery was effective, well-paced and kept me engaged throughout. Overall, it was a very informative and valuable experience.

Informative for a 1 day refresher

Both scenarios were similar, would have been good to have one around paranoia or psychosis or other MH conditions,

I have found this course really interesting and enlightening. I feel I have learned a lot of new information, and feel much more knowledgeable and prepared should I need to support someone with mental health. Should any similar courses arise, I would certainly be interested. Diolch
