Very interesting and educational course. Very well delivered by the trainer. I have not put strongly agree on some questions as I feel I need to grow in confidence a little more. Also general feedback is I think more time and information should be given in relation to self care. This is very important if we do not look after ourselves we would struggle to help others. I think this area should be fed throughout the course not just 10 minutes at the end as it feels it is not as important as the other content but it is just as important. Otherwise really enjoyed the course.

The first day felt more relevant than the second day for work related situations but all useful for MHFA outside of work.

Really good two days. Course moved at a good place with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and for discussion. They are quite heavy subjects, however it was ensured that everybody was OK which was great.

The course was really interesting even though emotionally intense. There were plenty of breaks and occasions to reflect on the content. Angela is a convincing speaker and made the training engaging.

I thought the course was brilliant overall, very interactive with a mix of content. I now feel confident to help others with mental health first aid.

Having the chance to work with others in the course to work through the scenarios really helped my own understanding of how to approach certain situations. It was great to also listen to others and their experience of how they would approach situations, as well as their understanding of the course material.

Very informative, educating someone with very little knowledge and sympathy of the subject manner. Now have to adapt and apply to the workplace.

Very good course, it could have benefited from a session being face to face.
