The course was so factual, I found the exercises in our workbooks really helpful. Darren spent so much time explaining every part of the course, he gave us time for questions, no matter what the question was. He delivered a tough subject in a way where you wanted to take part. I came away with tools to assist me in Youth Mental Health First Aid.
