Really worthwhile should be mandatory for all managers to attend so we can support our staff and team's wellbeing appropriately Thanks!

This was an informative course with great resources. Far more people need to be educated to remove the stigma attached to mental health issues. Thank you

This is genuinely the most useful course that I have attended with learning for both inside and outside of the workplace. Thank you Andrew for improving both my knowledge and confidence around discussing mental health first aid.

The 2 day MHFA course I recently attended was excellent and gave me more knowledge and confidence to recognise and deal with Mental Health emergencies/issues. However, this course, I felt gave the actual tools to be able to apply that essential knowledge, practically in the workplace (and of course at home). I feel every people manager would benefit greatly from this course: it would help them to put measures in place to prevent mental health issues arising, as a direct result of the workplace, successfully manage mental health issue as they arise in their teams (as they inevitably will: that's life) and support their staff to be more self aware, resilient and to stay in work. Managers would feel far more confident about dealing with these issues or challenging some behaviours and every individual would see how seriously we, as an organisation, take their wellbeing.

One of the best courses I have completed thanks to Steve. The way he engaged with the group was brilliant. The interaction with the group made it feel like a safe place. I would recommend this to any other colleagues.

Very informative, educating someone with very little knowledge and sympathy of the subject manner. Now have to adapt and apply to the workplace.
