The course was great. It gave a good insight into the challenges that may be faced, and imparted skills that will be useful should the need arise to use them. The trainer was well equipped for any questions that came up, whether with a direct answer or by kicking off discussion with the cohort. I am glad i attended this training and look forward to sitting on the refresher

Probably being a bit harsh in my ratings, but I guess what I was really looking for was more information on earlier detection and support, as opposed to being confronted with an extreme scenario - but that's based on my expectations.

Good course content. David is very approachable and has a relaxed matter of fact demeanour, this helped put the group at ease making it easier to absorb course content and to break down barriers during group exercises. I enjoyed the course and learnt a lot in the process.
