Zarqa was a fantastic facilitator of this course which she delivered very effectively and in a sensitive, skilful manner. I learnt a lot of new facts and tools from the course including the ALGEE action steps which was very helpful to learn; equipping me to effectively help support someone as a mental health first aider.

Nikki is a fantastic tutor and was extremely engaging. Very friendly and created a safe environment where everyone felt they could voice their thoughts and opinions.
