I really enjoyed the course and the smaller numbers , I enjoyed the modules we had to do before the webinars and that I was able to do them in my own time and take in what I was learning instead of being rushed. I would be more inclined to approach someone who was struggling or appeared to be in crisis Thank you ladies

A really thought- provoking course led by a fantastic trainer. The environment was made to feel safe to conduct some challenging discussions. Lisa was extremely approachable and was able to support discussions expertly and answer any and all questions raised. The use of language within the workbooks could be clearer ie the questions at the beginning.

Informative and interesting course . Comfortable surroundings and friendly approach to teaching . Use of multiple choice questions could be interpreted differently by individuals on how they are read and answered
