The course was very informative and helpful. The way that the course was related to career and organisational development was very helpful. The commitment planner is a real help and will assist me to keep this going.

This session was actually really helpful in making me identify what I perceived as smy own strengths (and the imposter syndrom I faced when considering this!) and that my personality traits/strengths are really different outside of work - this indicates there may be some strengths that I am not fully utilising at work to get me to where I need to be!

The training has offered some valuable space to reflect on key matters relating to ED&I and a chance to start conversations again through the tangible visible commitment planner which I have found really useful as a reflective tool to review my commitment. Thanks, it has been a very useful training.

I've said this in all of the feedback: I'm not sure what to do with this there wasn't enough practical guidance in it for me. I also didn't get enough of what Senior Leadership feels is wrong and needs to change. What's their view of where we should be focusing our efforts.

I have been able to reflect on what I do well, but now going forward I can see what I can improve. I'm looking forward to it.
