I found the course thought provoking and very enlightening. Extremely well presented, there was lots of items touched on that although we do automatically, it was very good to reflect on how they may be perceived by others.
The course was really useful and found the elements on System1 v system2, decision making and group think really relevant to my current role. Thanks to Paul and Charlotte for bringing it to life.

Good use of anecdotes to shock and pause for thought. Love hearing about other people’s personal experience good and bad and how they’ve made a huge difference.
I found the course interesting and thought provoking. As a relatively new member of staff, it's difficult to gauge how much influence I can have, but I will definitely apply this concept generally to myself as a person both in and out of work.
