In a way I have already done by myself a lot of what was mentioned. But find it useful to make me think about it and especially write things down.
I found the course very interesting and thought provoking. It was an open and honest space to share ideas and thoughts. It definitely helped put pen to paper and start planning out a career plan. It has highlighted areas of change for me and what I need to focus on to progress.

Enjoyed the brief course which generates thought around oneself - values, strengths etc - and helps initiate thought around career plan and commitments that are needed from us as individuals. We are all different and the career anchors assessment was interesting.
Maybe useful to suggest more concrete steps to tease out ideas from others. Examples of small commitments people could make like “give a STAR” or “contribute more to weekly meeting”. Advice on actions to build relationships because it’s not always obvious who is needed and how to present well to them.
