All good, nice and clear. It would be helpful to have some practical work related examples that show why a focus on ED and I is important eg what happens when it is overlooked.

I really enjoyed this and found it inspirational and could relate some of the content to how i could improve things or start conversations in my area I did find some of the explanations quite quick and the questions in the breakout groups were quite complex

Interesting and thought-provoking content. The narrative around assimilation was a bit long, but I see the importance of it in ED&I. Thanks, and I look forward to the next session.

Really enjoyed this first session. Has really made me think about myself as a manager and how to move forward with the team. Feel that this is not just a course that is completed and forgotten about. It is something that will enable us to facilitate ongoing support and learning

I was just marking for the first module of the training and so far, I’ve fond it interesting on different aspects to consider for diversity and equality. both Louise and Clay have provided good pace to work from

Lou and Clay are a great pairing, they provide a good counterpoint to each other, Lou exudes energy and enthusiasm and Clay is measured and thoughtful. A challenging course, but that of course is the purpose of it; it's thought provoking.
