Good second session. More practical and good open discussions
Interesting topics raised and about the right amount of time to discuss.
Still a lack of actual examples of conversations around experience of discrimination
Its good food for thougth and promotes introspection of one's one actions on a day to day basis.
Really insightful - it brings a lot of things we do subconsciously think about in the forefront. Also makes me value the way my team is set up a lot more in regards to being extremely inclusive.
The content has been useful, but when looking back at some of the slides and materials, I haven't found them that clear. I've enjoyed the smaller group discussions though and found some of those really useful in making me think about how I manage and bring in ED&I.
A good session. Very interesting stuff about psychological safety and awareness of bias and blind spots,
Good knowledgeable trainers and content. The personas part was something that all of us had seen before in one shape or form, so for managers maybe that could have been covered a bit quicker.
