I can't wait to try out in my Team Meeting next week

Great to see D&I coming to life and for us as managers to understand the role we have in creating safe spaces to enable an inclusive culture. Safe spaces kept coming up in discussion so something we should focus on... it speaks to the feedback Abstract received on this blame culture we seem to still be holding onto. We as managers need to role model it's ok to make mistakes if we are to improve. We need to make sure we are approachable and people are not left to 'fail' and accept the 'consequences' Great course with really engaging facilitators

I like the one-on-one breakout groups to allow me to get to know my peers. It also reduces the opportunity for one person to dominate the conversation in a larger group.

This module was really thought provoking - plenty of things to take away and think about further.

The use of materials and break rooms with different groups was excellent. The pace was about right but not very much time for reflection.

The session was a good introduction to the programme and it was helpful to discuss terminology within the EDI space. Sadly, we ran out of time and I'm not sure that colleagues who left the call will understand what needs to be done with PACE

It is important the course ends on time, we have other meetings but frustrated at having to drop out before you had finished
