I feel that we need more thinking space on this and more context in terms of EDI.

really interesting, listening and interactive (good balance) and felt safe in discussing the subject matter. The 'assimilation' topic was a little difficult to understand.

Content was good however more time is needed to think over the actions we will be undertaken.

Good, quite abstract at times and hard to get my head around. I would like discussion about practical ways to progress.

A good start to the course.

Great course. Worked very well discussing with partners then coming back into the group rather than talking in front of everyone.

I appreciate that timing of the session itself is a challenge, but considering the volume of content , would good to perhaps have more frequent, shorter sessions to allow for immediate discussion.

Worthwhile course. Some of the content I’ve seen before in my own personal studies so not all of it was new. The ability to discuss with others was very useful

Charlotte and Anne gave us room to challenge and question points made and opinions. The breakout rooms being with dif people each time is also really effective at helping build your network. The topics are current and relevant and do help with prompting further thinking.

I have found this course very useful, it has made me look at myself and think how i am at the moment and what i need to do to be even better. I will look into building my brand and within that work on my confidence.
