Workshops are really helpful - offer practical solutions. Good to share experiences with colleagues. Also a good eye opener in terms of addressing my own bias.

Thought provoking discussions and honesty from participants

It's a difficult one to measure. Interesting topic but not one I believe my current position in abrdn would lend itself to requiring. There were interesting points raised and I enjoyed the speakers discussion.

Really good and interesting. Challenging too

Like the fact that you are putting thoughts into actions and implementation

the materials are really great. I think there are a lot of practical takeaways from these sessions, even if it's just one or two that are put into practise, these can make some real impact. John's analogies are helpful and Charlotte's top tips are brilliant.
