This was a good introduction to the course which has given me some food for thought. Some of the content is similar to what is already delivered in Equality & Diversity elearning however understand that this is just an introduction

Very useful session. Good overview, able to get into some of detail quite quickly. Not sure if I missed it but thought it was odd not to do introductions - this could have been done as pre-work maybe?
Really interesting and looking forward to module 2

Questions during breakout were not as clear as they could be in order to understand what we were being asked
A really powerful and challenging session - I really feel like the content was tailored to the organisation and the delivery and follow up through PACE pods, should help turn the theory into action!
Thought provoking, collaborative and practical. Really useful course.
I found the course quite thought provoking, because the discussions about decision making were quite high level and generic. This is useful because the theory and suggestions can be applied to any situation, but it takes some time thinking to understand how they can be applied to the specific situation that you are in at any given time when you want to make a decision. It would be great if the course could also include a section on how to respond to others when your judgement and decisions are being challenged.
