The course was interesting but for some parts I felt some more concrete examples of the concepts would have been useful
I enjoyed the course, certainly some valuable things to think about for next steps/going forward. Good to receive some clarification on subjects initially unsure about, so thank you. A slightly less rushed feel and a longer break would have been nice.

I found the Persona Assessment really useful and tailoring approach depending on someones persona style. I think this will benefit me in the future particularly working in compliance as sometimes our success relies heavily on how we deliver our feedback and message to others
has made me realise i have some things to work on around my personality / persona / how i want others to perceive me professionally.
Really enjoyed this session - definitely given me a lot to think about in terms of mentors and sponsors, have made a note of mentors I could ask and will be asking ahead of the next session Thank you!
Quick, smart and efficient way to get brain juices flowing and to allow people from different roles and experience to still share view points and gain applicable knowledge
Simon was a good facilitator overall, engaging and personable. There was a small timing issue on the first session where I felt the second half of the session was somewhat rushed. I liked that the sessions were reasonably short, my focus tends to wane towards the end of full/ half day training sessions. Furthermore it impacts less on my day to day role which is greatly appreciated.
The content and all materials were great, I learnt many new things and have taken the Ikigai Concept to heart - i bought the book after the first session and this has been of great help to me both personally and professionally
