Very useful session with some clear aspects for me to take away. Paul and Charlotte are very good coaches in particular, helping to foster lots of group discussion which as they pointed out at the start is often where the most insightful comments come from. Very approachable and friendly but also authoritative and interesting. Only feedback would be to provide slides beforehand so we can make notes on them as we go along and tie into graphs etc

Very happy with the topic covered and the manner in which it is being delivered. I like how it is structured but feel informal at the same time.
